Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $300.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Cleaning Fee, Credit Card Fee & Sales Tax will be added to the totals above. No Subletting. Person who paid and signed contract must be 25 years old & stay in the condo the complete stay. No Smoking inside the condo. This includes Vaping & Smoking of any substance.
