What started as a dream of owning a beachfront condo for my family turned into something I never expected — a genuine passion for sharing that same feeling with families and guests who love the coast as much as I do. Over 225 five star stays later I can honestly say this is more than a rental business. Every condo is personally managed by me — not a call center, not a property management company. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $300.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
🏖️ Beach Service Included: Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella set up daily March through October — a $60/day value included with your stay. Just show up and relax! 🌊 👤 Age Requirement: At least one guest must be 25 or older and present for the entire reservation. 🚭 Non-Smoking Property: Our property is strictly a non-smoking and non-vaping space. This includes the balcony. We appreciate your respect for this policy so all guests enjoy a fresh clean space. 🐾 Pets: Approved pets welcome with a $300 pet fee. Please note that dogs are not permitted on the beach except in designated dog-friendly areas — we want to make sure your furry family member has a great trip too! 🐾 🏨 Resort Registration Fee: A $35 resort registration fee is collected at check-in and paid directly to Treasure Island Resort. 💳 Fees & Deposits: Cleaning fees, taxes and processing fees apply at booking. All deposits are non-refundable — please review our cancellation policy before booking.
